1. Reduce Article Price Option
Now, Premium and Gold writers have the option to reduce the price of their approved articles in the marketplace to Standard writer rates to help sell more articles.
2. Rating for Writers
Buyers can rate writers after purchasing and downloading articles. Writers will now have a star rating option (1-5 stars) on their profile page which can be proudly displayed to potential buyers.
3. Support Ticket Option for Bulk Plan Buyers
Our wonderful Bulk Plan Buyers can send support tickets from within their dotWriter™ account under the new “Send Support Ticket” drop down in your account.
